My last full time semester of University has ended, and soon I will leave the nice, safe bubble of academia. While I have no idea where I will end up working, and only a vague idea of what I will be doing, I am determined to make sure I get enough time to relax and craft things. Over the last few years I have discovered that balance in life is very important, that you can work too hard, and that people have different work tolerance levels, so I should stop trying to compare my achievements to those of friends who study full time, with an extra subject, work two jobs, and then volunteer running student societies as well (apparently sleep is optional for them). I just can't do that and now I recognise that I am much happier.
So. Over the next few years I intend to keep crafting, and learn how to draw properly. I have also downloaded the latest Unreal Dev Kit in the hopes of learning how to use that. I will travel, and I will discover new things. A job is something that will happen, and I would rather an interesting job I like (that still pays the rent) to one that I hate with higher pay.
I will also try to remember to update my DeviantArt, which is looking sadly neglected. At the moment I mainly use it to see all the awesome things other people have made.
